Free range organic local hot dogs? Yes they do exist. At Bark they make all their food out of local healthy ingredients and you surely pay for it. But it is so worth it. These are the most gourmet hotdogs i have ever had. You can taste the extra care they put into them. The bun was grilled perfect you could taste the butter then cook the dogs in. A plain hotdog is $5 and a dog with chili bacon cheese ect is around $8. Ouch!!!! But its worth checking out. I would go back in a second. The guy that owns this place was on Throwdown and had a Mac and Cheese Hot Dog. Artisanal sauerkraut aged in oak barrels. They have an extensive beer list and their own growlers which were awesome I almost bought one for a souvenir. Really hip place inside wooden tables and cool music. Free filtered water. Everything is Eco Friendly and trendy. This place has it right. Yes you have to pay alittle extra but perfection is worth it.
Bark does hog dogs as well as a hot dog can be done
