Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats brings its off centered strong on beer philosophy to their food as well. The menu at this place is nuts. A foodies dream. Rosemary french fries with bacon mayo, beer braised short ribs, mako shark sandwich, antelope sliders, and even bacon chocolate cheesecake. One of the real benefits to dining at the brewery is the availability of microbrewed beer selections, varieties that are special small batches only available at the restaurant. The beer is plentiful, and there are enough styles to get you drunk before you've even tried half of them. They probably had 20 of their beers on tap. Not knowing what the majority of them were I had a sampler. I appreciate the attention to detail and just over the top brewing that DogFish stands for but I don't drink enough to really enjoy it. This place was just over the top and really fun. Rehoboth Beach, De is awesome for a vacation and I plan on returning. Don't forget to pick up your DogFish swag on the way out and hit up the discontinued bottle cooler for some of your old favorite bottles you can't get anymore.
