Located right on Central in Albany, you cant miss this old school drive-in. Serving up cones and cups for almost 60yrs Kurver is a local legend. Ive driven past this place at least 100 times and never stopped. I finally stopped and was not disappointed. They have over 30 sundaes to choose from (none of which tell you what they include) so you just choose whatever sounds good. Ive had a chocolate brownie peanut butter fudge sundae and the chocolate rapture sundae. Both were huge and the toppings were delicious. Much better then the crappy ice cream places where I live (Kingston Ny). Ill be stopping here all summer whenever I am in Albany. They are seasonal so get a cone while its hot.
