he crust is delicious -- the semolina adds an unusual quality to the texture. It was crispy and thin and doughy all at the same time. A texture i have not experienced before. They have a huge selection of speciality pies. Maybe 5 different Sicilians! Being in the heart of Arthur Ave you know the ingredients are the best in the 5 Burroughs. But for this excellence there comes a price. Slices are around $4-5 each. The most expensive pizza I think I have found. But I will be back ASAP its worth it. Ill have to snap a few more pics next time. I actually thought this was better then Lombardi's and Grimaldi's. Maybe it was just a lucky day but man that slice was perfect.
