What's not to love about this place.  The menu is simple - choose a type of sausage (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, turkey, asparagus) and a type of sauce (jalapeno cheddar, truffle gruyere, sundried tomato feta, chimichurri, ect).  After that, they impale a baguette on a metal spike that makes room for the sausage. The cook the bread from the inside out. Slide the sausage into the baguette and your ready. They also make homemade sodas (coconut, lemon, grape, strawberry, ginger) that are really cool.
The seating is a bit unique.  They have a long communal table with butcher block seats under the table.  You slide a block out and cop a squat.  They also have some seating against one of the walls, with a little side table between the seats to rest your meal.
