A Rutgers/New Jersey late night institution. Though also open during the day, these trucks are packed with hungry, drunk Rutgers students all night. All sandwiches are stuffed with multiple meats, fries, vegetables, and condiments. For example, the Fat Phillipino has Cheese Steak, Gyro meat, Chicken Fingers, Mozzarella Sticks, White Sauce, french fries and lettuce and tomatoes all stuffed in one sandwiches. All their sandwich's are called FAT something and they are all topped with fries. If you can eat 5 fat sandwich's you can name your own and they will put it on the menu. Classic sandwich's such as the Fat Bitch and the Fat Cock started to offend people so they were legally forced to change the names of the sandwich's. But if you like jalapeno poppers, chicken fingers, fries,mozzarella sticks, and onion rings all on the same sandwich this is the place for you. The most famous sandwich is the Fat Darrell which is named after the Rutgers student that invented the first Fat sandwich.
